Compliance Analyst

This vacancy falls under CleanCurrent Renewable Energy, Inc. (CREI). CREI is PGPC's subsidiary.

The Role

• Monitors applicable national and local regulations related to renewable energy project development
• Tracks regulatory requirements from government agencies relevant to project permits and approvals
• Ensures project activities comply with environmental, land use, and permitting regulations
• Prepares and compiles documentation required for permit applications and regulatory submissions
• Coordinates with government agencies regarding permit requirements and compliance matters
• Supports submission of permit applications and follow-ups with relevant authorities
• Assists in scheduling meetings and site visits with regulatory representatives, when required
• Maintains internal tracking systems for permit status, regulatory approvals, and compliance deadlines
• Monitors compliance milestones and notify relevant teams of upcoming regulatory requirements
• Ensures proper documentation of permits, approvals, and regulatory conditions
• Supports the improvement of internal compliance monitoring systems
• Prepares periodic reports on permitting and regulatory compliance status

The Individual

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, or government liaison work
• Knowledgeable in national and local regulations on renewable energy, land use, and environmental permitting
• Skilled in preparing documentation, tracking approvals, and coordinating with government agencies
• Background in developing and maintaining compliance tracking systems and generating accurate regulatory reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to be based in Makati City, with extensive travel to project sites
