Compliance Analyst - Night Shift (Work from Home)

The Compliance Analyst is responsible in supporting the company's quality management program to meet regulatory and statutory requirements. The role ensures departments comply with standards, supports internal audits, provides oversight on risk and data protection, and implements the organization's Compliance Strategy while strengthening operational and IPO objectives.

Job Description:

Facilitate and manage external audit processes (SSAE18 / SOC 1 & SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001), acting as a subject matter expert during audit engagements.

Apply risk management standards, including ISO 31000, in identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks.

Identify, document, and track non-conformities, including recording remediation timelines and collaborating with departments to close audit findings.

Maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), Legitimate Interest Assessments, and privacy impact assessments in compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Report audit findings and risk insights to governance bodies such as Compliance Committees and senior leadership forums.

Engage with external regulatory bodies and auditors (e.g., ISO auditors) during compliance reviews and assessments.

Support data management, information security audit programs, and regulatory control reviews across business units.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives within compliance and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

Experience applying ISO 31000 risk management standards.

Experience managing non-conformity tracking and remediation lifecycle processes.

Experience maintaining RoPA, data protection documentation, and privacy impact assessments.

Manages varied workstreams within agreed timeframes.

Demonstrates self-motivation and continuously expands compliance knowledge.

Clear and coherent both communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
