Role Title: Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime - Data Operations Analyst, Sr Analyst
Role Overview
This role sits within the C&AFC F&P team responsible for the implementation and execution of the risk management framework for C&AFC risks across the bank, including methodology, processes, systems and training. Within F&P, the Analytics, Insights and Monitoring (AIM) team is responsible for designing and enabling C&AFC processes and applications used for issue management, management information (MI) and reporting, with a data team responsible for prioritising, sourcing and quality controls over the data used to enable advisory, risk management and oversight activities.
This role is focused on ensuring that C&AFC data is sourced, controlled, documented and prepared to a standard that enables reliable risk management, analytics, MI and reporting. As a Data Operations Analyst, you will maintain the data processes, repositories, catalogues and dashboard inputs that support critical control processes, risk metrics, risk assessments and Group-level reporting. By ensuring data is accurate, consistent, complete and clearly governed, the role provides the trusted data foundation required for effective oversight, insight generation and decision-making across the C&AFC function.
