Complex Manager

SUMMARY:

Part of the senior management team, accountable in leading and directing production teams to meet the business unit's strategic and production targets across a GP farm which includes Production, Rearing, Maintenance, and Hatchery.

Work Location: Tanay, Rizal

Basic salary : 200,000 to 220,000 / month 

COLA: 10% of the Basic salary

Rice Allowance : 4,000 / month

Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Directs and co-ordinates livestock and hatchery activities to meet production output meeting and exceeding all Company and industry best practice for animal welfare and bio security

2. Maintains a cost-effective production infrastructure to optimize profitability without compromising on safety, animal welfare, bio security and/or integrity. 

3. Plans and implements policies and procedures to meet production targets and attain profitability.

4. Reviews production and storage records to determine productivity and performance

5. Liaises with department managers on livestock morality rates and illnesses.

6. Is accountable for all production related documentation.

7. Supports department managers on HR related issues.

8. Works with the planning team on the development and implementation of the production plan.

9. Inspects facility and equipment to ensure that compliance, safety and optimum performance is achieved 10. Prepares farm activities reports.

11. Keeps ahead of industry best practice and developments.

12. Develops and implement a succession plan for key production positions.

13. Develops relationships with local and international suppliers for all material and consumer products required.

14. Identifies and develops internal talent through coaching, training and professional development.

15. Provides regular feedback and reporting to the General Manager on production performance.

16. Initiates continuous improvement plans.

17. Aligns each production department with the strategic plans of the business unit.

18. Maintains a working knowledge of laws and compliance regulations that cover the production function. 19. Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

-Graduate of Bachelor degree in Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Medicine 

-With at least 5 years experience in same industry and in the same capacity

-Self-confident, committed, enthusiastic and works well under pressure.
