Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Complaint and Litigation Staff support in handling requests for legal advise, legal disputes, case conferences/briefings, and primarily maintains and keeps all complaint and litigation records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, LLB, or a related field.

Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): Proficient in branch and/or area operation processes.

Skills:

1. Effective writing and verbal communication skills

2. Attention to detail - has the ability to do accurate and attention to detail in documentation

3. Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information

4. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.

Certifications/Regulatory Requirements (if any): BSP/AMLC/Data Privacy training certificates

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To receive, acknowledge, log, track, and monitor status of complaints and cases from business units or requesters.

2. Collects and provides the necessary information required by the Complaints and Litigation Supervisor, Legal Manager, External Counsel and/or Legal Counsel for the purpose of but not limited to complaint and/or case preparation and/or review.

3. Coordinate and facilitate all legal communications, scheduled case conferences, subpoena briefings and similar activities between the legal team and/or external counsels, and business units or requesters.

4. Create and maintain a repository of all records of complaints and litigation cases, standard response letters, and legal documents, both soft and hard copies.

5. Performs other tasks related to complaints and litigation which may be delegated by the Complaints and Litigation Supervisor, Legal Manager or Legal Counsel.
