Within FP&A, the Competitor Intelligence function tracks competitor pricing, service offerings, and market strategies to generate insights that support pricing, cost optimization, and business growth.

Job Description
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities across logistics and e-commerce fulfillment, including pricing, services, and promotions
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular competitor intelligence reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Partner with FP&A, strategy, and business teams to incorporate market insights into planning
- Support evaluation of new initiatives, partnerships, and product launches through competitive analysis
- Maintain and improve datasets and tracking tools for competitor monitoring
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and presentations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in market intelligence, strategy, or competitive analysis
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, consulting, strategy, or FP&A is an advantage but not required
