Competitive Intelligence Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Insights Analyst. This is a high-autonomy role that requires a professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision and can analyze, detect, pivot and respond to fast changes in the gaming industry and market conditions. You will sit at the intersection of competitive intelligence and regulatory oversight, monitoring the marketing activities and operational compliance of gaming operators within the Philippine market.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

· Autonomous Project Management: Independently manage investigation timelines and monitoring schedules to ensure all compliance targets are met.

· Market Intelligence & Monitoring: Actively track and analyze the marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and player acquisition tactics of various gaming operators.

· Compliance Auditing: Lead investigations and routine monitoring to ensure operators adhere to Philippine gaming regulations and internal frameworks.

· Proactive Reporting: Self-initiate investigations and reports on emerging risks or shifts in operator behavior, providing actionable insights directly to leadership.

· Additional tasks deemed necessary by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience within the iGaming sector, specifically with online sportsbooks, casinos, or integrated resorts.

· A deep understanding of customer behavioral trends in iGaming.

· Experience with RFP (Risk, Fraud and Payment) Compliance, Auditing or Marketing is preferred.

· Experience with Anti-Money Laundering procedures is a plus.

· Preferably with direct experience with Philippine gaming operators and a solid understanding of local regulations.

JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS

· Must have at least average proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint). Knowing Excel formulas is a plus.

· Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

· Ability to analyze, detect, pivot and respond to fast changes in the gaming industry and market conditions.

· Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.

· Average verbal and written English skills.

· Willing to extend work hours when needed.
