Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Compensation Management, and HR policy development, preferably in a unionized environment
  • Proven experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation analysis, and salary structure design/review
  • Proficient in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and maintain compensation, benefits, and HR policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analyses to support pay structure reviews and recommendations
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation, benefits, and HR programs
  • Support the evaluation, costing, and review of proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) provisions and benefit packages
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations related to compensation and benefits programs
