Job Description

  • Manage and approve compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee movements.
  • Lead annual salary review and bonus cycles, including planning, modelling, administration, audits, and stakeholder communication.
  • Administer incentive programmes and ensure accurate calculations, eligibility reviews, and payout processes.
  • Conduct job evaluations and maintain job grading frameworks across the organisation.
  • Perform market benchmarking and maintain salary structures to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure accurate compensation administration.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable labour regulations, compensation policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for HR and business leadership.
  • Respond to compensation-related enquiries and provide expert guidance on pay decisions and policies.
  • Support compensation projects including pay equity reviews, market studies, and organisational reward initiatives.

  • Knowledge of compensation-related labour and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Experience using HRIS, compensation planning, or rewards management systems.
  • Exposure to compensation survey platforms such as Mercer, WTW, Aon, or Radford.
  • Experience supporting pay equity, compensation benchmarking, or broader total rewards projects.
