Oversee day-to-day operations of the Rewards & Wellbeing function, ensuring effective management of benefits, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead the design and development of innovative Rewards & Wellbeing strategies that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with leadership to assess and enhance current programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as the subject matter expert on employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, providing guidance and support to staff.
Analyze data and trends to inform program development and improve employee experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Education, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in a related role, with a focus on employee benefits and wellbeing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse employee population.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in managing sensitive information.
Should be open to working on a Night Shift and a Hybrid set-up
