Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Rewards & Wellbeing function, ensuring effective management of benefits, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead the design and development of innovative Rewards & Wellbeing strategies that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess and enhance current programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, providing guidance and support to staff.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform program development and improve employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related role, with a focus on employee benefits and wellbeing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse employee population.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in managing sensitive information.
  • Should be open to working on a Night Shift and a Hybrid set-up
