We are looking for an HR Team Lead with strong experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Employee Services to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. With high volume processing experience is a PLUS.
- Manage Employee Services functions including employee relations and day-to-day HR support
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of government-mandated benefits and statutory requirements
- Address employee concerns and provide appropriate resolution in line with HR policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and service delivery
- Supervise, guide, and support a team while ensuring performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong client/stakeholder management and communication across all HR touchpoints
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience (Junior Supervisor)
- Strong background in Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, Benefits Administration, Regulatory Compliance)
- Solid experience in Employee Services and employee relations handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client management capability
- Proactive, decisive, and able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Salary: Up to ₱40,000
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM/9:00AM-6:00PM
