Cebu City-IT Park | Onsite (First 6 months), then Hybrid (3x Onsite and 2x WFH) Day Shift (7AM-4PM PH Time)

You own the integrity of the payroll-to-benefits pipeline, ensuring every employee record, time log, and benefit enrollment is executed with surgical precision. Your work sits at the intersection of compliance and employee trustidentifying data discrepancies early, navigating government requirements, and maintaining the systems that ensure our people are supported and paid accurately.

This is not a generalist helping role; it is a specialist position for a disciplined operator who thrives on high-volume accuracy and strict adherence to HR protocols. Best suited for professionals who prefer clear ownership of databases, a structured work environment, and the responsibility of maintaining internal standards that protect both the company and its talent.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 24 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or People Operations in a structured corporate or BPO environment
• Hands-on responsibility for compensation processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee records management
• Strong working knowledge of HR documentation and compliance workflows, including timekeeping, leave tracking, and travel or employment-related documentation
• High accuracy and comfort with HR systems, Excel, and employee databases, with minimal tolerance for errors
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Cebu City for the first 6 months, then transition to a planned hybrid setup (3 Onsite / 2 WFH)

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience with Philippine labor law and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Previous experience in a GoTeam-supported industry or high-growth global outsourcing firm.
• Advanced certification in HR Management or Data Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Compensation & Benefits Administration You own the end-to-end accuracy of the rewards system, ensuring timelines are met and data is flawless.

• Execute timekeeping and payroll-readiness audits.
• Manage enrollment and claims for HMO and life insurance.
• Audit statutory contributions to ensure 100% compliance.

Records & Compliance Management

You act as the guardian of employee data, maintaining a single source of truth for the entire organization.

• Maintain real-time updates in employee databases and HRIS.
• Oversee onboarding documentation and 201 file integrity.
• Track and process travel documentation and employment-related certifications.

Internal Policy Governance

You ensure that HR policies are not just written, but consistently

applied across all departments.

• Resolve employee queries regarding benefits and pay with professional clarity.
• Monitor adherence to attendance and leave policies.
• Generate weekly/monthly HR operational reports for leadership.
