About the Role

Compensation and Benefits Associate/Specialist

Work Setup

Hybrid Setup (Cebu-based)

You'll split time between home and office after the initial 6 months onsite, allowing focused individual work while maintaining access to team reviews, training, and support.

MondayFriday | Day Shift

The schedule ensures alignment with internal HR operations and predictable workflow.

Location & Commute

This role is based in Cebu with a planned hybrid arrangement. Onsite days are scheduled to support collaboration, training, and HR process continuity.
