Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our total rewards strategy. This role ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives, employee engagement, and retention.
You will work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to drive data-informed decisions, manage key reward cycles, and build scalable compensation and benefits frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Planning
Design, implement, and manage salary structures, grading frameworks, and compensation policies.
Lead annual merit increase, promotion, and bonus planning cycles.
Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking using reliable compensation data.
Partner with business and HR leaders on workforce planning and compensation budgeting.
Deliver insights and analytics on pay trends, internal equity, attrition, and cost optimization.
Benefits Management
Review, enhance, and manage employee benefits programs including HMO, insurance, allowances, and leave policies.
Ensure benefit offerings remain competitive while maintaining cost efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and service performance.
Lead employee education and communication sessions on benefits programs.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain compensation and benefits policies and guidelines.
Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, Coach, And Develop The Compensation & Benefits Team.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on reward strategy and execution.
Serve as a subject matter expert on all compensation and benefits matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
810 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compensation practices.
Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
