Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Compensation & Benefits Lead to spearhead critical special projects within our CompenBen Section. Serving as an Advisor to the Head of People, you will ensure our programs are market-competitive, legally compliant, and deeply integrated with our HRIS ecosystem.
Your expertise will directly influence employee engagement by aligning our CompenBen structures with overarching business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Rewards Implementation: Execute comprehensive CompenBen programs, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and long-term incentives (LTI) tailored to company philosophy.
- HRIS & Technical Leadership: Lead the implementation and administration of HRIS modules, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across HR functions.
- Payroll & Compliance Oversight: Supervise timely payroll processing and ensure 100% adherence to Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct rigorous data analysis and industry benchmarking to provide actionable recommendations for internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Performance-Driven Incentives: Design and manage performance-based reward structures and stock options to motivate high-performing teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and L&D to ensure rewards strategies support the broader talent management lifecycle.
- Strategic Advisory: Present data-backed proposals to senior management to influence decision-making regarding new benefits packages and compensation trends.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 7+ years of specialized experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in HRIS implementation and advanced Excel skills for complex data reporting.
- Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations and labor laws.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management abilities, excellent presentation skills, and the discretion to handle confidential data.
- Preferred: Professional HR/Compensation certifications and experience in complex organizational structures.
- Can start immediately.
- Salary range: P50,000 - P70,000.
- Amenable to accept a term contract (5 months).
- Willing to work in full onsite / day shift / Mon-Fri.
