What You'll Do:
- Assist in processing government benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Prepares, validates, and submits employee requirements and documents for government-mandated benefits to ensure timely filing and accurate posting. Coordinates with agencies to track contributions, loans, and claims while resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Coordinate with employees regarding benefits inquiries and claims. Serves as the first point of contact for employees with concerns about their benefits and entitlements. Provides guidance, updates, and assistance to ensure employees understand their benefits coverage and claim procedures.
- Maintain benefits files and ensure records are updated. Organizes and updates all employee benefits files, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Ensures all benefits transactions and communications are properly documented for tracking and reference.
- Support reporting and documentation for audits. Assists in preparing periodic reports, summaries, and compliance documents required for internal and external audits. Ensures completeness and accuracy of data to support transparent and efficient audit processes.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 12 years experience in benefits administration or HR support.
- Prior experience assisting in benefits processing, employee servicing, and compliance documentation.
- Demonstrates familiarity with HR processes, government benefit systems (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee information.
