GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for supporting the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs for One Workplace a US-based company. Conducts compensation benchmarking, salary analyses, reporting, and data-driven recommendations that support equitable and competitive pay practices. Collaborates closely with One Workplace's Human Resources, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure compensation programs align with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Support the administration of annual compensation programs, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and bonus planning.
- Prepare compensation analyses and recommendations that help leaders make informed pay decisions.
- Participate in market pricing by gathering, validating, and analyzing compensation survey data.
- Assist with maintaining salary structures, pay ranges, job architecture, and compensation guidelines.
- Support incentive compensation and commission programs through analysis, reporting, and administration.
- Build reports and dashboards that provide meaningful compensation insights for People leaders and business partners.
- Ensure compensation data remains accurate, complete, and confidential across all systems and reporting.
- Identify pay trends, equity considerations, compression risks, and other opportunities that support thoughtful compensation decisions.
- Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on compensation-related analyses and requests.
- Help prepare executive-ready presentations and supporting materials for compensation initiatives.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and compensation resources.
- Stay current on compensation trends, best practices, and applicable employment regulations.
- Support additional Total Rewards projects and initiatives as our organization continues to grow.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, Finance, or a related analytical function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and compensation or reporting systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, research, and analysis.
- A continuous improvement mindset with curiosity to question existing processes and recommend better ways of working.
- Ability to work during US business hours (night schedule) and collaborate effectively across time zones.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting annual compensation review cycles.
- Experience participating in compensation survey submissions and market pricing.
- Familiarity with compensation philosophy development, salary structures, and pay equity analyses.
- Experience working with incentive compensation or commission programs.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
- Experience working with US clients or projects.
