Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development, preferably in a unionized environment
  • Familiar with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF)
  • Interested in HR systems, technology, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and maintain compensation, benefits, and HR policies
  • Assist in developing new compensation, benefits, and HR programs
  • Support the evaluation and review of proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) packages.
