We are looking for a highly organized Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our HROD department. Reporting directly to the Total Rewards Manager, your primary objective will be to process payroll, benefits, and other salary-related data for our employees with strict accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Validate timekeeping data, prepare payroll summaries for outsource providers, verify processed data, validate alphalists, and promptly address employee salary queries.
- Benefits & Insurance Management: Process employee loans and claims (SSS, Pag-ibig, Employee Provident Fund, maternity/sickness), ensure timely remittances, and guarantee all eligible employees and dependents are enrolled in Health & Life Insurance.
- Offboarding & Records Management: Request and validate final pay computations for resigned employees, maintain 201-F files for employees below the Manager level, and conduct quarterly file audits.
- Reporting & Administration: Manage uniform benefits and clinic supplies, process BIR tax updates for status changes, and prepare reports such as Certificates of Employment and monthly attendance records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, with a strong preference for candidates with a Psychology or Accounting background.
- Requires at least 3 years of related work experience in compensation and benefits.
- Must be computer literate, highly detail-oriented, and capable of analyzing and verifying payroll reports.

- Functional Expertise: Solid knowledge of BIR taxation, government-mandated benefits, Wage Order computations, Labor Law, and Pay Administration.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates integrity, excellent customer service, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Leadership Qualities: Capable of strong planning, organizing, and excellent overall data management.
