Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Compensation and Benefits Assistant located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The role involves preparing and reviewing employee compensation and benefits, assisting with benefit-related inquiries, maintaining accurate payroll and benefits records, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The position also includes supporting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and delivering excellent customer service to employees.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and strong knowledge of Employee Benefits
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in records and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with payroll systems
  • Relevant experience in compensation or benefits roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Amenable to be assigned in Manresa, Quezon City.
