The Team: Provides a Sales Compensation framework that incentivizes the SPGE commercial teams to drive growth and retain existing business. The team ensures that payments against compensation plans are made in a timely, reliable manner and that the business is supported in all related matters.

What's in it for you: The role offers the opportunity to gain a centralized view of S&P Global Energy Finance, with responsibilities focusing on the administration of annual sales compensation plans, from revenue analysis through to payment calculations and global payroll processing. There is a track record of advancement within this Finance team and the broader S&P Global Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI/advanced analytics use cases for commissions reporting and dashboards (Milestones reporting, monthly commission payroll reports via Power BI, YTD commissionable performance)

• Develop and maintain all SOP documents and incentive policies

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc analysis and reporting

• Collaborate closely with members of Finance, Commercial Operations and Commercial teams

• Ensure that audit compliance is adhered to through accurate record maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrates expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, leveraging advanced data manipulation, reporting, and automation skills to drive efficiency and accuracy.

• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and quality in all deliverables.

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and managing complex data sets to support strategic decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.

• Programming or audit experience is a valuable asset, further strengthening analytical rigor and ensuring process integrity.

• Must be willing to work in US-UK hours
