Schedule & Team Structure:

Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You’ll join our People Team and report directly to our VP of People, Shang Trinidad.


What you’ll do:

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, seamless benefits administration, and compliance with labor and tax regulations for both internal employees and client teams. You will work closely with the People and Finance Team to help drive efficient and employee-friendly compensation and benefits processes that contribute to a positive employee experience.


Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring correct computation of adjustments and deductions.
  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including enrollment, contributions, and claims processing.
  • Handle tax-related responsibilities, including monthly tax filings, annualization, and ensuring accurate computation and remittance of employee taxes.


Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, separation packages, leave conversion, maternity, and sickness benefits.


Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by internal stakeholders and government agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation on employee compensation, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related data.


Vendor & Third-Party Coordination:

  • Coordinate with benefits providers and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth execution and service delivery.


Others:

  • Assist in HR projects, including salary benchmarking, job leveling, salary reviews, benefits audits, and the design of compensation strategies.


What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, as well as best practices in benefits administration.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in computations and reporting.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated to work with a sense of urgency, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
