Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Nurse located at the United Philippine Lines office in Intramuros. The Company Nurse will be responsible for ensuring employee wellness through regular health check-ups, administering first aid, and addressing workplace health concerns. The role also involves facilitating medical examinations for seafarers, maintaining updated medical records, communicating with partnered health service providers, and assisting in the implementation of workplace health and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Strong medical and nursing skills, including first aid and emergency response
• Proficiency in maintaining and organizing medical records
• Ability to conduct health assessments and coordinate with medical institutions
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and healthcare providers
• Must be a Licensed Nurse with a valid professional license
• Experience in occupational health or corporate environment is a plus
