We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Nurse to join our team at Regent Foods Corporation in Pasig City. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care and support to our employees, ensuring their health and well-being. - Providing immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury
- Administering vaccinations, conducting health screenings, and monitoring employees overall health
- Maintaining detailed medical records and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations
- Promoting a healthy work environment and educating employees on wellness and disease prevention
- Assisting with the development and implementation of workplace health and safety policies
- Participating in emergency response planning and implementation
- A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in emergencies
- with an OHNAP certificate is a plus.
