About The Role
The Company Nurse provides basic healthcare and first-aid assistance to employees, supports workplace health and safety, and manages occupational health programs. The role includes handling medical concerns and emergencies, maintaining health records, coordinating with healthcare providers, promoting proper PPE use, and supporting employee wellness and health monitoring programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees.
- Respond to workplace injuries, illnesses, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate employee medical and health records.
- Coordinate medical consultations, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Support occupational health, safety, and wellness programs.
- Promote proper PPE use and safe workplace practices.
- Conduct health monitoring and assist with health assessments.
- Maintain first-aid supplies and medical equipment.
- Coordinate employee health concerns with management and healthcare providers.
- Ensure proper health-related documentation and compliance.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must have completed the Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM).
- Preferably with experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle medical emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
