QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Nursing
- Must be a registered nurse with an updated PRC license
- With experience as a company nurse, with BLS/ACLS and BOSH certification an advantage
- Has good moral character
- Equipped with basic technical skillsable to navigate through computer and web applications with ease
- Can work on shifting schedule and holidays
- Can start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clinic consultation and treatment administer first aid treatment dispense medicine for various ailments offer health counseling and education administer vaccination when necessary.
- Promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle
- Share weekly and monthly health alerts and advisories
- Verify medical/fit-to-work certificates
- Address and assist in HMO enrollment, deletion, utilization, and other concerns
- Help plan and implement the clinic's programs
- Maintain and replenish the clinic's medicine inventory
- Process pre-employment physical exams
You will also be responsible for different HR functions such as:
- Documenting and updating the following:
- Absence and Tardiness notifications
- Sick Leave validation
- DA preparation reports ( for PPE concerns only)
- Pre-employment physical exam results
- Performing general office support functions as necessary; and
- Planning, preparation, and coordination of company events.
