Job Title: Company Nurse (Full-Time)
Location: Kidapawan City, North Cotabato
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to manage our clinic operations at our processing plant in Brgy. Katipunan, Kidapawan. As our Company Nurse, you will be the primary point of contact for employee health and wellness, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our industrial workforce while maintaining full compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Provide immediate first aid and emergency treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Health Monitoring: Conduct regular health assessments, maintain accurate medical/health records, and manage the company's medicine and medical supply inventory.
- OSH Compliance: Assist with implementing the company's Occupational Safety and Health program and prepare required health reports for DOLE (e.g., Annual Medical Report).
- Wellness Programs: Lead health-related orientations and wellness initiatives to improve worker productivity and safety.
- Safety Collaboration: Assist the Safety Officer in implementing accident prevention programs and health orientations.
- Confidentiality & Data Privacy: You are required to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding employee medical conditions and personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Professional Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive health issues with tact, empathy, and strict adherence to medical ethics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- PRC License Requirement: A current valid PRC License (Registered Nurse) is required at the time of application and cannot be obtained after hiring.
- Training: Completed 40-hour BOSH Training for Occupational Health Nurses (strongly preferred; or willing to undergo training). Certification in occupational health nursing is an advantage.
- Experience: Fresh graduates with a PRC license as a Registered Nurse are welcome to apply. Experience in a clinic or hospital setting or in a manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus.
- Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable working in an active rubber processing plant environment.
- Gender Preference: Due to the nature of the processing plant environment and the demographic of the workforce, male applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in conducting employee trainings on occupational health and safety, basic computer literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace), interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Residence: Must be willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules if necessary, in Kidapawan City.
