The Company Nurse will provide onsite clinical care and support workplace health and safety programs. This role involves handling emergency response, clinic operations, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure employee well-being.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite medical care, including first aid and emergency response
- Oversee day-to-day workplace medical support and health-related activities
- Support and implement occupational health and safety programs
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee care and medical needs
- Assist in promoting employee health through preventive and wellness initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- PRC Licensed Nurse
- BOSH Certified (OHNAP or UP-accredited)
- With active BLS/ACLS certification
- Experience Requirements:
- Taguig – At least 3 years OHN / Company Nurse experience
- Makati – At least 3 years bedside experience
