Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Is Computer literate and has good administrative skills
  • Must know how to develop and maintain good relationships

Job Description

  • Assists with respective Heads the transport of patient in need of emergency referral to hospitals.
  • Coordinates Annual P.E schedule and summarize results for proper referrals of any positive findings to the retainer or company physician.
  • Facilitates attendance of participants during health programs (Annual PE, Cholinesterase Test, Biochemical tests, Mass Blood Letting, Operation Circumcision in the area of responsibility)
  • Coordinates schedule, monitor and extract blood samples for Cholinesterase Test for Organo Phosphate and Carbamate handlers.
  • Maintains medical records & uphold Strict Confidentiality of every employees illness.
  • Coordinates in handling health programs and facilitate in conducting health programs in the community such as Medical-Dental Mission, Blood Letting, Info-Education Campaign and others.
  • Processes Medicine withdrawals for deduction and Inventory Reports.
  • Prepares Annual Budget Assumption for Medical Section
  • Participates in the special occupational health programs (Area Safety Committee in relation to health hazards.
  • Coordinates with other departments, community and other related agencies (G.O. and N.G.O) in health maintenance, protection and promotion.
  • Requests, maintains and controls office and medical supplies.
  • Updates and maintains proper filing of record logbook of consultations and reports.
  • Prepares clinic supplies (cotton balls, bandages) and maintains proper cleaning and sterilization of such supplies and clinic instruments.
  • Accomplish the following reports (before scheduled deadline):
  • Periodic Accomplishment Report
  • Process Hospital & Lab bills for proper distribution of accounts and request for payments.
  • Issuance of Guaranty Letter for admission or consultation duly signed by Dept./ Functional heads in cases of AOD.
  • Issues and monitors SSS/ECC requirements of AOD cases and Sickness Notification of employees and record into ledger as required by SSS for inspection.
