Are you looking for a role that gives satisfaction by proactively overseeing the safety and protection of employees and by providing health care We are looking for a Company Nurse who will be in charge of the following:
Health and Wellness
- Give quarterly wellness programs to the employees to provide awareness and encouragement to aim for a healthy lifestyle.
- Identify different workplace health hazards and provide necessary control measures.
- Schedule the employee's Annual Physical Examination with our HMO provider.
- Provide assistance to every employee regarding queries about health, check-ups, and HMO-related concerns.
- Issue and monitor the supply of medicines and conduct first aid services.
- Check and audit Plant hygiene and cleanliness and Cafeteria healthy menu.
- Maintain the Clinic area.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years of extensive experience as a Company Nurse, specifically in a manufacturing set-up.
- Attended and completed BOSH Training.
- Has knowledge and experience in processing/completing DOLE requirements.
- Computer literate and with good customer service orientation.
- Skilled in MS Office, especially in Excel.
- Willing to be assigned in the Commonwealth, QC.
