Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in cases of illness or workplace accidents.
Conduct health assessments, basic treatment, and necessary medical referrals.
Maintain and update accurate employee medical records and ensure confidentiality of health information.
Monitor medical supplies, clinic inventory, and ensure readiness of emergency medical kits.
Assist in the coordination of annual physical examinations.
Human Resources Support
Assist in HR administrative functions such as timekeeping, attendance monitoring, leave management, and processing of medical-related benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, HMO).
Evaluate fit-to-work clearances based on medical assessments.
Participate in HR activities including employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement programs.
Help maintain and update employee 201 files (Rank and File employees)
Support HR in employee relations by providing guidance on wellness, absenteeism, and work performance related to health.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN) is an advantage but not required
Willing to do Human Resouces (HR) Operations and Admin works
At least 1-year of proven experience as Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or Human Resources Staff, preferably in manufacturing or construction industry
With background or experience in Human Resources (timekeeping, employee relations, HR Admin, or documentation)
With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification for Nurses and Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Training, is an advantage but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrates a warm, compassionate, and approachable disposition in dealing with employees
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
