Company Nurse

The Company Nurse serves as the primary healthcare provider, managing the corporate clinic and ensuring the provision of immediate medical services to employees. This role demands a dedicated and compassionate individual committed to promoting employee health and safety within the workplace. The Company Nurse is crucial in fostering a healthy and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid treatment, vital sign assessments, health interviews, and medication dispensation.
• Accompany and assist employees during hospital referrals, facilitating communication between hospital personnel and employees families. Prepare and submit injury reports to HR
• Record medical histories and vital signs of employees.
• Assess and determine employees health status, issuing nursing recommendations such as fitness for work evaluations.
• Conduct regular workplace rounds to identify and mitigate health and safety hazards.
• Foster safety awareness among employees through education and training initiatives.
• Act as an Occupational Health Advisor, aiding in exposure risk assessments and employee recovery plans.
• Generate monthly and annual health monitoring reports to meet governmental requirements.
  
  

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with an active PRC License;

Must pass medical screening and maintain good health;

Strong interpersonal communication skills and detail-oriented

Preferably has experience in industrial settings and completing Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (BOSH).

Working schedule - Monday to Saturday
