Salary: Basic Salary: Php25,000 - Php30,000 + De Minimis Php1,500 Per month
Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Full On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with half-day every Saturday
Job Responsibilities
1. Medical Services
Provide first aid treatment, administer medications, and conduct health assessments for employees.
Perform IV therapy procedures, including insertion, monitoring, and discontinuation of intravenous lines in accordance with company protocols and nursing standards.
Coordinate referrals and hospital transfers for cases beyond the clinic's capacity.
Maintain confidential employee medical records and clinic inventory.
Monitor and follow up laboratory results, fit-to-work certificates, and medical clearances.
2. Occupational Safety & Health
Promote preventive health and wellness through safety campaigns and seminars.
Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify workplace health and safety risks.
Monitor workplace sanitation, employee grooming, and compliance with company safety protocols.
Collaborate with HR and the Safety Officer to implement Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) initiatives.
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other occupational health and safety requirements.
3. Reception & Administrative Support
Greet and welcome employees, visitors, applicants, and guests with professionalism.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visitor-ready reception area.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and receive deliveries.
Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document processing, record keeping, photocopying, and scanning.
Support other departments with general administrative requirements as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Active PRC Registered Nurse License.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Company Nurse.
At least 1 year of experience performing IV Therapy.
IV Therapy (IVT) Certification is preferred.
BOSH Certification is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative documentation.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
