Job Opening: Company Nurse (Full-Time, On-Site Marikina City)
We are looking for a Company Nurse to join our team at our head office in Marikina City. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a licensed nurse who is passionate about employee well-being and is ready to take on both healthcare and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) responsibilities.
What You'll Do
As our Company Nurse, youll help us create a safe and healthy workplace by:
- Providing basic medical care and first aid to employees on-site
- Assisting with emergencies and hospital referrals when needed
- Keeping accurate and confidential health records
- Coordinating HMO enrollments, removals, and employee concerns
- Supporting our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs and compliance
- Managing medical supplies and maintaining the clinics readiness
- Organizing annual physical exams and health-related activities
- Promoting employee wellness and participating in HR-led initiatives
What Were Looking For
- Licensed Nurse
- At least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse
- Experience in OSH or as a Safety Officer is an advantage
- BOSH Certification is a plus
- Available to start immediately
- Willing to work on-site in Marikina City
