We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Company Nurse to join our team at Mount Malarayat, Batangas. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in managing a company clinic, with a strong background in occupational health nursing. If you are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently, we want you to help us provide top-quality healthcare for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel's clinic, providing basic medical care to employees and guests.
- Ensure that all employees receive proper health assessments and any medical treatments are promptly administered and monitored.
- Handle first aid for employees or guests who may experience health issues during their stay (e.g., allergies, injuries, heatstroke).
- Administer medications, vaccines, or treatments as required by the hotel's health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate health records for both employees and guests (when necessary).
- Conduct regular wellness checks and health assessments for employees, and promote general health and safety within the workplace.
- Assist in organizing and implementing health and wellness programs for both employees and guests.
- Perform any other functions as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel, resort, or healthcare industry
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of occupational health nursing and familiarity with guest health concerns in a hotel environment (e.g., travel-related illnesses, foodborne diseases)

- Computer literate and comfortable using healthcare management software
