Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport executives, company employees and clients to their destinations in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns.
- Deliver packages and goods when necessary
- Operate the vehicle safely and ensure the cleanliness and good working condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance and report any vehicle issues to the appropriate department and arrange for timely servicing.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other vehicle-related information.
- Assist with light errands and courier services as required.
- Maintain and renew professional drivers license as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned, whether communicated verbally or in writing, to support the efficient operation of the department.
Qualifications
- At least college level or SHS graduate
- Possesses valid Professional Drivers License; PACP Certification is an advantage
- At least 3 years driving experience preferably in corporate setting
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces
- Physically fit and able
