Job Description

  • Safely operating company vehicles to transport catering equipment, food supplies, ingredients, and staff to event venues, clients, and suppliers across Metro Manila and nearby areas.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring all items are securely packed, organized, and accounted for to prevent damage or spoilage.
  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, tires, lights, and cleanliness, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assisting with stocking kitchen stations or event setups by delivering goods on time and coordinating with kitchen and event teams.
  • Maintaining accurate logs of trips, deliveries, and mileage while adhering to traffic rules, speed limits, and company safety protocols.
  • Ensuring vehicle and cargo hygiene standards meet food safety regulations, including proper cleaning after each use.
  • Collaborating with catering teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment for events and deliveries.

Who can have a seat at the table

  • Valid professional driver's license (Professional Driver's License preferred) with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience in Metro Manila traffic.
  • Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and delivery logistics in the National Capital Region.
  • Physically fit, with no large, visible tattoos, and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50kg) repeatedly.
  • Proven safe driving history with no violations or accidents.
  • Good communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure during peak event times.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate catering operations, as needed.
