Qualifications:
- Educational Background: At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate. Vocational/technical training related to driving is an advantage.
- Work Experience: At least 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably as an executive or company driver.
- Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provinces routes is required. Experience driving luxury vehicles, SUVs, or company fleet vehicles is preferred.
- Location Requirement: Must be willing to work full-time in Metro Manila.
Job Summary:
The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and reliable transportation services to company executives and authorized personnel. The role ensures proper maintenance of assigned vehicles, adherence to traffic regulations, and strict observance of safety standards. The Executive Driver also supports logistical and administrative transport requirements of the organization when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Executive Transportation Services
- Provide safe and timely transportation for company executives and authorized personnel to meetings, appointments, project sites, and other official engagements.
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off based on scheduled itineraries and instructions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy at all times when dealing with executives and passengers.
- Plan and select efficient routes to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic congestion.
B. Vehicle Operation and Safety
- Operate assigned vehicles in a safe and responsible manner in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Report any vehicle defects, mechanical issues, or accidents immediately to the immediate superior.
- Ensure that all safety equipment and tools inside the vehicle are complete and functional.
- Maintain defensive driving practices at all times to prevent accidents and ensure passenger safety.
C. Vehicle Maintenance and Care
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs with authorized service providers.
- Monitor vehicle condition including oil, water, tire pressure, and fuel levels.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, fuel consumption, and mileage.
D. Trip Coordination and Documentation
- Maintain trip schedules, logs, and travel records accurately and completely.
- Coordinate with executives and administrative personnel regarding travel requirements and schedule changes.
- Submit trip reports, mileage logs, and fuel consumption reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of toll fees, parking fees, and other travel-related expenses.
E. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all conversations, documents, and business matters encountered during service.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
- Comply with company policies, rules, and standards of conduct.
F. Other Duties
- Perform errands, document deliveries, and other transportation-related tasks as assigned.
- Provide support to general administrative and logistical functions when the vehicle is not in use.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
