Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and professional Company Driver to handle the safe transportation of personnel, clients, products, or documents. In this role, your primary objective is to ensure all trips are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.

A great company driver is not just an expert behind the wheel, but also a courteous representative of our brand, maintaining confidentiality, cleanliness, and vehicle safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Transportation & Navigation
  • Safe Transit: Safely transport company employees, executives, clients, or goods to designated locations.
  • Route Planning: Utilize GPS mapping apps or local knowledge to plan the most efficient routes, avoiding heavy traffic, road closures, and delays.
  • Schedule Adherence: Ensure timely arrivals and departures, adjusting for weather or unexpected delays.
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
  • Daily Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle (checking oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, and fuel levels).
  • Cleanliness: Maintain the vehicles pristine condition, ensuring both the interior and exterior are clean and presentable daily.
  • Reporting: Promptly report any mechanical issues, accidents, or damage to the Fleet Manager or HR.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations. Never operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or fatigue.
  • Administrative & Logistics Support
  • Log Keeping: Maintain an accurate driving logbook, recording mileage, fuel purchases, destinations, and travel times.
  • Errands & Deliveries: Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, or company documents as required.

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Licensing: Valid professional drivers license with a clean driving record (no major traffic violations or DUI history).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a professional driver, corporate driver, or chauffeur (typically 25 years preferred).
  • Navigation Skills: Proficient with GPS devices, Google Maps, Waze, and other navigation tools.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to sit for long periods and lift heavy luggage or packages (up to 4050 lbs) if required.
  • Soft Skills: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of punctuality, reliability, and discretion (handling confidential executive conversations with privacy).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful traffic situations.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
