Job Summary:
The Company Doctor is responsible for providing medical consultation, occupational health support, and professional medical advice to employees. The role ensures proper medical assessment, emergency response, workplace health monitoring, and workplace health recommendations in compliance with occupational health standards. The position also serves as a Medical Consultant for the evaluation of insurance claims of the company clients on a periodic basis.
What You'll Do:
- Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, and professional medical advice to employees regarding health-related concerns.
- Prescribe and/or recommend medications as necessary within professional medical practice.
- Respond to minor medical emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance within clinic capabilities.
- Assist in emergency situations, including referral and transport coordination to the nearest hospital when necessary.
- Refer employees to accredited specialists and/or hospitals for cases requiring specialized medical attention.
- Evaluate Annual Physical Examination (APE) results, laboratory findings, and employee health assessments.
- Monitor employee health conditions and recommend wellness initiatives or workplace health improvements.
- Conduct periodic assessment of workplace health hazards and recommend preventive measures to improve employee safety and well-being.
- Provide professional medical recommendations on existing health concerns affecting the workforce.
- Serve as a Medical Consultant for the evaluation of insurance claims of the company clients, providing medical opinion and assessment as needed (normally once a month).
- Collaborate with HR and Management in supporting employee wellness and occupational health initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information and comply with ethical and professional medical standards.
What You Need to Have:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a valid PRC license to practice medicine in the Philippines.
- 4-5 years of experience in Occupational Health, General Practice, Corporate Clinic Management, or Healthcare Services.
- Experience in medical evaluation, consultation, and workplace health management is an advantage.
- Strong clinical judgment and medical assessment skills.

- Ability to respond effectively in emergency medical situations.

Work Schedule:
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
