Community Stakeholder Management Officer

The Community Stakeholder Management Officer (Network & Grants) is responsible for ensuring effective relationship with above organizations and individuals in assigned sector (Disaster Resillience, Health, ECCD, Youth, Education, or Culture and Heritage) and shall align to the institutional partnerships policy anchored by the Communications, Advocacy, Partnerships, and Publications (CAPP Team).

The Community Stakeholder Management Officer builds, engages and manages the sectoral stakeholders of the Transformative Programs from seeking out, matching existing partners to emerging sectoral needs, creating, and finalizing agreements, conducting events for engagement and performing administrative requirements to ensure effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Public Administration, Political Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or its equivalent
• With at least 2 years of extensive work experience in dealing with different stakeholders
• Excellent communications and public relations skills
• Preferably an understanding in marketing processes and proficiency in brand marketing, activation, events, and marketing communications
