Community Manager

We're hiring a Community Manager on behalf of one of our clients — a Reddit marketing agency in the US. This is a relationship-driven role at the intersection of affiliate management, content coordination, and automation.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners across email, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- Onboard new affiliates and keep the CRM (Notion) accurate and up to date
- Monitor partner performance and flag opportunities or issues
- Use AI tools (Claude) to draft outreach and follow-ups at scale
- Identify repetitive tasks and build automations to streamline them
- Coordinate seeding, product deliveries, and creative assets with internal teams
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or outreach-heavy roles
- Strong written English — fast, personalized, professional
- Experience managing a CRM (Notion preferred; HubSpot or Airtable also work)
- Actively using AI tools day-to-day, not just familiar with them
- Comfortable working with adult media content
- Private workspace required
Nice to Have
- Automation experience (n8n, Make, or Zapier)
- Background in e-commerce or performance marketing
Working Conditions
- 100% remote, full-time
- Shift to be confirmed (overlap with US core hours required)
- Reports directly to the client's founder
