Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Coordinate with the Social Media Strategist and Social Media Account Manager to ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, including always-on content and paid campaign materials across different business units.
  • Develop FAQs and response guides for social media inquiries.
  • Respond to customer comments and private messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and provide test/demo links for internal and client approval before content goes live.
  • Coordinate with the Media Team to ensure links are properly supported by media campaigns.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging, relevant, and creative content for social media platforms.
  • Write captions, social copy, and other content required for social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure content aligns with the campaign's creative direction.
  • Work closely with the Digital Content Production Team to align on visual execution, animations, edits, and overall content quality.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas and digital executions for campaigns.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience with short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
