Community Management & Social Media Specialist

Are you passionate about using social media insights to build engaged communities and help teachers adopt tools that support their classrooms

We're looking for a Community Management Specialist to support our social media strategy and educator community operations—turning audience insights into campaigns that drive adoption and continued use of our Educator Programs and Class Builder.

What you'll do:

• Plan, coordinate, and publish content across Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

• Track social media performance and translate audience behavior into insights that support acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.

• Engage teacher communities through practical tips, playbooks, and peer showcases.

• Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and webinars, and create short video tutorials.

• Develop and maintain a searchable Knowledge Base and set up automations to streamline community workflows.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, analytics, community management, or digital marketing—preferably in Education, EdTech, or SaaS.
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Group Insights, and social listening or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Knowledge Base platforms such as Notion, Zendesk, or Help Scout, and automation tools such as Zapier, ManyChat, or similar.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and confidence facilitating online sessions through Google Meet or Zoom.
• Experience working with teachers, EdTech solutions, or school communities is a strong advantage!
