Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement Activities:

  • Organize, plan, and execute a spectrum of community activities, events, and initiatives that foster a positive work environment, strengthen inter-team connections, and reinforce Focus Global's corporate values and culture code
  • Support different departments to create and implement diverse engagement strategies, including team-building exercises, social events, and learning programs
  • Drive consistent employee engagement and participation by facilitating recurring engagement events, including company-wide general assemblies, new hire engagement activities, roundtable discussions, and more

Internal Communications:

  • Develop and create informative and engaging content for internal communications, including FGI's newsletters, announcements, and corporate updates, that are in line with FGI's culture code and employer brand
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments to spot content opportunities and create compelling narratives for internal communications.

Supporting Employer Branding:

  • Co-create and ideate multi-channel strategies for brand awareness, for platforms ranging from FGI's careers pages and social media, to materials for training/onboarding and recruitment
  • Elevate FGI's employer brand by creating multimedia content that champions the company's culture, values, and value proposition for attracting and retaining top talent. This includes video production, blog writing, copywriting, and other long-form and short-form content aligned with Focus Global's overarching corporate brand strategy.

Measurement and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the success of engagement activities and internal communications to continuously improve strategies and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze online metrics to showcase the progress of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram content plans – for both Employer Branding and Customer Engagement
  • Gather employee feedback regularly to assess the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in organizing events, employee engagement, or internal communications is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Understanding of employer branding and company culture principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and within a team environment.
