Description
The Communications Specialist is a senior-level contributor with copywriting as their core expertise. This role requires the ability to independently develop, refine, and elevate content across internal and external channels. The position supports Clarvida's Communications Manager by producing sophisticated written materials, creating feature or human-interest stories, and managing mid-size communications initiatives from start to finish.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in communications, content writing, marketing communications, or related fields.
- Strong writing background with experience producing feature or humaninterest stories.
- Excellent command of written English and attention to voice, tone, and clarity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Canva, and CMS platforms.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Nice to Have
- Experience with internal communications or employer branding.
- Familiarity with social media, digital content, or marketing communications as secondary skills.
- Interest in behavioral health or mission-driven work.
