Job Title: Communication Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Building HR brand awareness of Dyninno in Manila market via different channels
- Developing and delivering on a comprehensive communications for the local office
- Building a system of internal communications within the local Manila office of Dyninno
- Implementing values of the Dyninno Group of Companies
- Building relations with the local media on a non-paid basis
- Turning Dyninno Manila into a definitive Employer of Choice by creating and effectively communicating a market-leading EVP.
- Developing social media relations, seeking high-level placements in posts, and engagement of the target audience for Dyninno Manila employer brand
- Taking overall social media page of Dyninno Manila, posting creative content on a regular basis along with targeted ads.
- Planning, designing, and organizing in-house and outside events for the engagement and retention of existing and potential employees, such as, but not limited to: corporate events, monthly engaging promos and events, job fairs, and sports-themed events participation.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating PR results on a quarterly basis.
- Copywriting and content creation
- Coordinating communications activities with designers, copywriters, global communication team, the HR team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in Communications (PR and internal communications), BPO sector - as an advantage
- Mastery of all global and country-specific SocMed platforms and communication channels.
- Native/fluent English.
- Confident communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to think out-of-the-box with proven business cases.
- Strategic mindset.
- Proactiveness and responsibility.
- Self-motivation.
