Job Description

  • Receive and direct incoming phone calls, emails, radio transmissions, and internal messages.
  • Log and relay accurate information to relevant departments or personnel.
  • Monitor and operate communications equipment such as telephony systems, radios, or digital messaging platforms.
  • Handle emergency or high-priority messages in a calm, timely, and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all communication transactions.
  • Support internal coordination across teams for operational or incident response.
  • Escalate issues or incidents as needed following established protocols.
  • Provide updates and reports to supervisors or managers as required.
  • High School diploma; College-level or graduate of a Communication, IT, or related course is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a communications, call center, dispatch, or administrative support role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in using communication devices (telephone, two-way radio) and software (email, messaging apps, MS Office).
  • Excellent listening, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Willing to be assigned to Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • 1-3 working experience
