Job Description

The Communication Officer supports DigiPlus Foundation's efforts to ensure all communications are engaging, consistent, and aligned with the brand's messaging.


  1. Key Responsibilitie
  • sDesign and produce graphics, art cards, infographics, and visual content for social media and the website
  • .Create and edit reels, highlight videos, and short-form content for various platforms
  • .Assist in planning, shooting, and editing photo and video materials
  • .Write compelling captions, posts, and articles to accompany visual content
  • .Schedule, publish, and monitor content across social media platforms
  • .Respond to social media comments and messages promptly and professionally
  • .Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • .Draft and distribute press releases to promote the Foundation's initiatives
  • .Coordinate with PR agencies for media placements and dissemination of press materials
  • .Post press releases and updates on the Foundation's website
  • .Manage and respond to emails and other external correspondence
  • .Support the development of integrated information and education campaigns
  • .Assist in preparing award submissions to highlight the Foundation's achievements

  • )Deliver high-quality, engaging visual and written content aligned with the Foundation's advocacies
  • .Achieve consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms
  • .Increase audience engagement and reach through creative content strategies
  • .Ensure press releases and media placements generate positive visibility
  • .Maintain a responsive and professional online presence across social channels and email
  • .Provide regular reports on social media performance and campaign outcomes
  • .Support award submissions and recognition efforts for the Foundation's initiatives
  1. .Qualifications and Experienc
  • eBachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • .2–3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, video editing, social media management, or public relations
  • .Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
  • .Strong writing and editing skills for press releases, social media content, and articles
  • .Demonstrated portfolio of creative work in design and video production
  • .Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • .Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • .Preferred: Experience in the non-profit sector; familiarity with social media analytics tools and CMS platforms
