JOB OVERVIEW
The Communications Associate supports the execution of brand, campaign, and customer communications by delivering clear, engaging, and compliant copy across Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and owned platforms.
This role plays a key part in ensuring 100% delivery of copy requirements across campaigns, engagement efforts, and acquisition initiatives, while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Support Brand Awareness and Above-the-Line Communications
o Support the Branding, Communications, & Insights department in delivering copy and messaging for:
▪ Brand campaigns
▪ Partnerships and activations
▪ ATL materials (social media, landing pages, video scripts, etc.)
o Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and tone
o Deliver all required copy assets for campaigns and events based on timelines
Support Below-the-Line Communications
o Develop customer-facing copy for:
▪ Ads and performance marketing assets
▪ EDMs, SMS, push notifications, and CRM communications
▪ Ensure all outputs are customer-friendly, accurate, and aligned before submission for approvals
▪ Coordinate with stakeholders to refine and finalize messaging
Drive Engagement
o Craft engaging content across owned platforms (social, app, CRM channels)
o Support ongoing content calendars and always-on communication needs
o Ensure copy is error-free, timely, and aligned with engagement objectives
Support Customer Acquisition
o Develop conversion-driven copy for:
o App install campaigns o Lead generation campaigns
o Performance marketing assets
o Write multiple variations to support optimization and testing
Legal and Compliance Ownership
o Ensure all copy adheres to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards
o Incorporate required disclaimers and approved messaging frameworks
o Participate in required compliance trainings, workshops, and certifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education level: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, content, or marketing. Fresh graduates with strong writing portfolios are welcome.

• Technical Skills (Required):
o Copywriting & Content Fundamentals
▪ Strong grasp of grammar, structure, and clarity in writing
▪ Ability to write across formats:
▪ Short-form (ads, captions, SMS)
▪ Long-form (EDMs, landing pages)
▪ Understanding of tone adaptation per platform (Meta, TikTok, email, etc.)
o Digital Platform & Knowledge
▪ Basic understanding of how content works across:
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• TikTok
• YouTube
• CRM channels (SMS, EDM)
▪ Familiarity with character limits, formatting, and platform best practices
o Performance & Conversion Basics
▪ Basic understanding of:
• CTR (Click-through rate)
• Engagement metrics
• Conversion-driven copy
▪ Ability to write multiple variations for A/B testing
o Tools & Systems
▪ Proficiency in:
• Google Docs / Microsoft Office
• Basic presentation tools (Google Slides / PowerPoint / Keynote)
• Project management tools (Jira)
